When you request an estimate or contact us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you are interested in and details about your project. When you send a form, we also record the date and time, the page you used, your IP address and your browser type, as a record of your request and your consent to be contacted. If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address.
Call tracking
We use a call tracking service (WhatConverts). Depending on how you found us, our website may show a tracking phone number that rings our office, so we can tell which ad or listing led to your call. The service receives information about the call, such as the calling number, the time and length of the call, and the pages you visited before calling. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes, and the recording is stored by the call tracking service.
Spam protection
When you send our estimate form, our website hosting provider’s bot protection (Vercel BotID) checks technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated programs, so that spam does not reach us. You do not need to do anything for it.
Advertising and campaign information
If you arrive through an ad or a link with tracking tags (such as UTM tags or a Google Ads click ID), we store those tags in your browser for up to 90 days and include them with your estimate request, so we know which ad or listing brought you to us.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, schedule estimates and provide our services.
- To communicate with you about your project by phone, text message or email.
- To ask for your feedback or a review after your project.
- To keep records of our communications and projects.
- To improve our website and measure the results of our advertising.

How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business and this website, and only as needed for their services. These include the customer management system where estimate requests are stored and that notifies our team by email, our website hosting provider, Google Analytics and our call tracking service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce our policies, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Novara Construction, our clients or others.
Cookies and your choices
- You can set your browser to block or delete cookies.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- You can manage how Google personalizes ads in My Ad Center.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, our website does not load Google Analytics or call tracking.
SMS terms
When you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted through our website form or another method, you agree to receive text messages from Novara Construction about your inquiry and project, such as appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates and follow-ups.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you opt out, you will not receive more text messages unless you opt in again by replying START.
- Reply HELP for help, or call us at (305) 404-8107.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to provide our services, keep business and project records, and meet legal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
