Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of novaraconstruction.com (the “Site”) and the text messages and phone calls you receive from Novara Construction LLC (“Novara,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates and information on the Site

Information on the Site, including pricing, financing and project examples, is general and may change without notice. An estimate is not a contract. Work is performed only under a signed written agreement, which controls over anything on the Site.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description. When you request an estimate, book an appointment, or text us first, you may receive text messages from Novara Construction about your inquiry: appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up on your estimate, answers to your project questions, and scheduling. Messages are sent by a named Novara representative from a company phone number.

Consent. You agree to receive these messages by providing your mobile number on our estimate form (and checking the SMS consent box), by giving verbal consent to a Novara representative, or by texting our company number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your project and conversations with your representative.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at office@novaraconstruction.com or call (305) 404-8107.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Phone Calls

Calls to and from Novara company numbers may be recorded for quality and training purposes. You will hear a notice at the start of a recorded call; by continuing the call you consent to the recording. To stop receiving calls from us, tell your representative or email office@novaraconstruction.com.

4. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, or interfere with its operation. Site content belongs to Novara Construction LLC or its licensors.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Novara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our messages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
