Text Message Consent
Novara Construction sends text messages only to homeowners who agreed to receive them, in one of these three ways.
1. Website estimate form
Checkbox label: “I agree to receive text messages from Novara Construction about my estimate, appointments and project, at the number provided. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.”
The box is optional and not pre-checked. Submitting the form without checking it does not sign you up for texts.
2. By phone (verbal consent)
Our representative asks: “May Novara Construction text you at this number about your estimate and appointments? Message frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” We record your answer, and we text you only if you said yes.
3. You text us first
If you text a Novara Construction number (for example, from a representative’s business card), we reply in that conversation. Our first reply identifies Novara Construction and explains STOP and HELP.
